After eight years in property management, and even longer in maintenance, I kept seeing how much coordination depended on scattered messages, spreadsheets and someone remembering to follow up.
I built SteadyOp to bring that work together.
It combines projects, tasks, email, calendars, documents, inventory and supplier records with Steady, an AI assistant that helps organize information and prepare work for review.
One workflow I’d love you to try: add job photos and a brief, provide your rates, review the proposed quote, and create a branded PDF. You check scope, measurements and prices, and approve the email before delivery.
