I built StayNote out of pure frustration. Every time a major booking platform updated their algorithms or fee structures, it created more friction for my guests and more daily admin work for me. I wanted to look at hosting from first principles—how do I automate the repetitive stuff (WiFi codes, local tips, house rules) without losing the premium, rustic vibe my guests expect?
That’s how StayNote was born. It’s a tool to build beautiful digital guidebooks that keep communication 'noise' at absolute zero, so you can stop playing the OTA algorithm game and start owning your guest relationships directly.

One thing I'd love to see is a built-in translation tool so international guests can instantly view the guidebook in their preferred language, since rental hosts often welcome visitors from all over the world.
Honestly the setup was super quick and the mobile preview actually looks clean, my guests can finally skip the back and forth on checkin times.
would love to see a built-in translation toggle so guests can flip the whole guidebook into their own language without the host having to duplicate everything. right now i do bilingual versions manually and it's kind of a headache
