Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built Spark UI because I wanted React components that developers could fully inspect, customize, and own instead of relying only on a closed package. Spark UI is an open-source, shadcn-compatible component registry built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, and Radix UI. Components are installed directly into your project as source code, so you can adapt the styling, behavior, accessibility, and structure to fit your application. While building it, I noticed another problem: AI coding agents often guess component names, imports, props, and composition patterns. To improve that experience, I added a Spark UI Agent Skill that teaches compatible agents how to inspect, install, import, compose, customize, and troubleshoot the components correctly. You can install the Agent Skill with: npx skills add codeweb-dev/spark-ui --skill spark-ui This is the first public version, and I’m looking for developers who are willing to try it and share honest feedback. I would especially appreciate feedback about: • Component installation • Documentation clarity • Accessibility • Mobile responsiveness • Dark and light themes • Component APIs • Agent Skill behavior • Bugs and missing components Spark UI is fully open source and open for contributions. Before submitting a pull request, please read the CONTRIBUTING.md guide in the repository. Thanks for checking out Spark UI. I’d love to hear what you would improve first. ⚡

The components feel really well thought out, especially the dropdowns which handle keyboard nav better than most libraries I've used. Going to drop this into a side project this weekend.

A real time playground where you can tweak the props of each component and see the code update on the fly would be huge for trying things out before installing.

The attention to micro-interactions here really stands out, like how the components feel weighted and intentional rather than just snapping into place. That kind of polish is rare in open-source kits.
