I'm Neil, 19, based in Dubai.
Clean energy in the Gulf and South and South East Asia has a discovery problem that is not about whether the money exists. Developers cannot see which funds actually write cheques in their market at their ticket size, and investors cannot see what is being built. Both sides are real. They just cannot find each other.
So I built the directory I could not find: 2,160 projects, 179 investors with their actual mandates (stage, ticket range, instruments, geography), and a source link on every record.
Two things I care about more than growth:
Provenance. Every figure traces to a named public dataset. When I re-checked the catalogue recently, 18 flagship projects had quietly reached financial close, so their capital-sought figures came off the board. That took my headline number down and I published it anyway. A week later I corrected a project listed as seeking finance that was actually state funded and already operating.
No fee contingent on a raise, ever. Solandor is not a broker and holds no money or securities. It publishes facts and passes introductions, and the two sides deal directly.
Free to browse, no sign-up wall. It runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1 and costs almost nothing to host.
I would genuinely like feedback on data quality and on what would make this useful to people who work in energy finance. If a record is wrong, tell me and I will fix it and log the correction.
