Combining notes and practice management makes sense. How customizable is the workflow for different types of coaches and therapists?
Love how the dashboard keeps SOAP notes right next to scheduling and invoices instead of burying them in separate tabs. Such a small layout choice, but it makes a real difference when you're juggling clients back to back.
Would love to see an AI-assisted SOAP note draft that pulls from session transcripts or your quick voice notes. Even a basic version that suggests phrasing for the Assessment and Plan sections based on a few keywords would save me a lot of time after long client days.
Love how the client portal feels built-in rather than bolted on, makes scheduling, SOAP notes, and invoicing flow as one cohesive workflow instead of three separate apps pretending to play nice.
