Hi Product Hunt! I'm Jak, maker of SnagFlat.
Apartment hunting in NYC means opening dozens of StreetEasy tabs just to answer the same two questions: is this building likely rent-stabilized, and will the apartment actually get any light? Neither answer is on the listing, so I built a Chrome extension that puts both right there as badges. It cross-references public building data for stabilization signals and uses the building's geometry and street orientation to estimate sun exposure, so you can triage listings at a glance instead of one at a time.
