I was frustrated one day that I couldn't find a crm that was simple and, did what I needed and was ADHD friendly, so I made my own.
First things first, I need to be able to see it all the time, or in one click. So I made it a Chrome extension.
Then, all crms and project managers are all about teams, I work on my own so no team features that you don't need.
As freelancers we love sharing client red flags and stories, so what if we could rank clients based on revenue and how we feel about them. I built this in and every client has an archetype, with a little bit of advice.
Version 1.2 is currently live, I have started on v2 which will simplify and add integration with Xero. As well as an iOS app.
