I noticed something weird about most water reminder apps.

but they never show what happens if you don’t.
That’s why I built Sippa.
Sippa is a water tracker that makes hydration feel more personal and real by showing the possible cost your body may pay from poor hydration habits over time.
Instead of generic reminders, the app focuses on awareness and consistency with:
• Water intake tracking
• Daily streaks
• AI hydration reports
• Health summaries you can share with your doctor
• Simple logging without overwhelming screens
The idea came from realizing most people only care about hydration after headaches, fatigue, low energy, or health problems start showing up.
I wanted to build something that makes people care before that happens.
