👋 Hey Product Hunters, thanks for checking this launch ❤️
This is the first time I'm hunting a product for someone else, in fact someone from my team.
Today I'm hunting SignWith, built by Ayush (he's the head of growth at TMAKER).
When he showed it to me, the idea clicked right away. Most people sign a few documents a month, and they still pay a monthly e-signature plan for it. SignWith flips that: you pay per document, not per month.
🆓 3 documents free every month
💳 After that, one-time credit packs at $9, $19 or $29, or a $199 lifetime deal. No subscription
✍️ Every account gets everything: signing order, email OTP for signers, a full audit trail and a certificate of completion
🤖 Send docs for signature through the API, or straight from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
1,000+ people already use it, and 5,000+ documents have been signed 🔥
🎁 Special for PH: 20% off all plans, including the lifetime deal, with code SWPH20
Oh, and today is also Ayush's birthday 🎂
And the best gift you can give him is your honest feedback in the comments 👀 (also wish him please)
We would absolutely love to know what you think 🙏🏻
Super easy to use. No brainer if you have too many documents to sign digitally.
pay per doc instead of a sub is a smart angle 👏 mostly freelancers using it?
I actually just use this to make my roommates officially sign off on the chart every single month because nobody ever cleans the kitchen. It is of funny but honestly the annoying part is having to manually type out their emails every time since the address book feature seems hidden somewhere weird. Anyway it works fine.
Keep the monthly limit only for external onboarding forms and direct internal approvals through standard email. Paying for signatures on vendor agreements costs more quickly than most small agencies expect.
nice, pay per doc is way better for teams like ours that only need signatures now and then. does one credit cover a doc with multiple signers or is it per signer?
Great product love the concept pay per signature model and no more another subscription specially when I don't have very frequent signature uses
I have been using Signwith and it has been the most seamless experience.
The MCP is the best part. I tell my AI agent to draft the agreement and send it out for signature to the right person, and get pinged when it’s signed.
The per doc pricing is the best model for an esignature tool designed for small businees!!
This is amazing Ayush, there are so many times I’ve needed something exactly like SignWith!
Congrats on the launch!
It’s a fantastic alternative to the popular ones. The pricing model will come handy
Love the business model for my use case where I'm not locked into a subscription for signatures.
Automatic reminders are an easy detail to overlook when comparing signing tools. Good to see them included with the audit trail even for people who only send a few documents. And happy birthday, Ayush!
I've been using these guys for the longest time to handle the signing stuff at work. The pay as you go model is perfect for me.
Go on folks. Break some legs!

SignWith was hunted by Tibo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
