I started with a Notion page containing 20–30 prompts for different projects. Before each session, I copied the right row and explained how I wanted to work again.
That routine gradually became Plan, Go, Close. I use it on my Mac and on the machine at work. Session Orchestrator is the open-source tool that grew out of it.
The idea is straightforward: read the project before changing it, give each task a clear scope, check the combined result, and leave the next session a useful handover. The website shows an illustrative CSV-export task so you can follow that process.
It works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Pi, with different levels of parallel execution and enforcement. The guide spells out those limits.
