I’ve used variations of this filter in my other apps, but for Serialbox, I focused on an app that creates sequential images or collages. In one way or another, I’ve been trying to make Serialbox for 12 years! It’s taken years for iPhone hardware (and my development skills) to pull this off well. Here’s what things looked like in 2012; this was produced on an iPhone 4s:
