Hunted byLasse LentingLasse Lenting

SEOCEO is a readable SKILL.md file that turns your own AI agent into a hands-on SEO operator. Install it in OpenClaw, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, or another compatible agent. It can audit existing pages, build topical maps, find opportunities in Search Console data, improve internal links, create useful content, and check technical SEO. Unlike hosted SEO autopilots, you can read and change the whole workflow. You control the data, context, voice, guardrails, and what gets published.

Hey everyone, I’m Lasse, the person behind SEOCEO. I built this because I kept seeing the same useful SEO workflow repeated everywhere: understand the buyer, build a topical map, fix existing pages, find gaps in Search Console, create better pages, add internal links, and repeat. The problem was never really knowing what to do. The annoying part was doing it consistently, or paying every month for a hosted SEO tool where you can’t really see the workflow behind it. So I turned the whole process into one readable SKILL.md file that runs inside your own AI agent. SEOCEO can work with a GSC export, website files, web access, or just text you paste in. It adapts to whatever access you want to give it. The main thing for me is control. You can read the instructions, change the workflow, add your own context, set guardrails, and review everything before it gets published. It doesn’t promise instant rankings and it doesn’t invent metrics. It is just a practical SEO operating system for founders, solopreneurs, freelancers, and small agencies who want to run more of the process themselves. I’m launching it as a one-time skill instead of another monthly subscription. Happy to answer questions, hear feedback, or explain how the workflow is structured.

Love that it's just a readable SKILL.md file rather than another black-box hosted tool. Being able to audit and edit the whole workflow means I can actually tune the output to match my site's voice instead of fighting generic AI fluff.

How does it actually handle the data side of things — like, does the SKILL.md pull from Search Console live or do I have to export CSVs every time?

Love that it's just a readable skill file I can actually open and tweak. Plugged it into Claude Code and had it audit a small batch of posts, the topical map output was sharper than what I've gotten from most paid tools.

The fact that it's just a readable SKILL.md you can actually open and tweak beats the black-box autopilot nonsense in this space. Love that you can hand it your own voice and guardrails instead of trusting some SaaS to speak for you.

Being able to actually read and edit the whole SEO workflow as a markdown file is a refreshing change from the usual locked-in dashboards, and running it inside Claude Code felt surprisingly smooth.

running it through my own agent setup was surprisingly smooth and the topical map output actually matched the structure I'd build manually. nice to see something transparent about what it's doing under the hood

Love that it's an open file you can actually tweak. One thing I'd love to see is a simple diff view when it suggests edits to a page, so I can see exactly what changed before I approve it. Would make the trust-and-verify loop way faster.

love that this is just a readable file instead of yet another dashboard, makes me feel like i actually own the workflow. pulled it into cursor and the topical map it built on a test site was surprisingly solid out of the box.

Would love to see a built-in schema for tracking which keywords a piece is actually trying to rank for, so the agent can flag cannibalization when two pages start competing. Right now the topical map is great but I have to eyeball overlaps myself.
