Scrumkarten is a free, real-time Planning Poker tool for agile teams. No signups, no accounts, no database – just create a session, share the QR code, and start estimating. What makes it different: - Zero friction: No registration. Scan QR code and join instantly - Multiple deck types: Fibonacci, T-Shirt Sizes, Powers of 2, Custom - Discrepancy analysis highlights outliers for discussion - Privacy-first: No cookies, no tracking, no analytics. Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built Scrumkarten because existing Planning Poker tools either require signups, cost money, or are bloated with features nobody asked for.
The idea is simple: Open the site, create a session, share the QR code with your team, and start estimating. That's it. No accounts, no cookies, no tracking.
Tech stack: React + TypeScript + Socket.io, deployed as a single Docker container. All session data lives in memory only – nothing is stored permanently.
I'd love to hear your feedback! What features would you want to see next?

Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
