i built scritch because every saas i shipped had the same dead end: the server knew exactly why a save/upload/import failed (or why an appeal sat in a queue), and we threw that away for a generic toast or a ticket black hole.
scritch sits at the error / appeal boundary. it does not replace sentry or your t&s policy. it recovers failures users can finish (or approve) in-product, and hands ops a full trail when it cannot.
