This launch today caught my attention. BTW, how does Scholé decide when to give a hint versus letting the learner struggle a little longer so they figure it out? 😄

Congrats. May I ask if the Learn Anywhere update works with any website, or are some tools are better supported than others?

Wow, the feature about knowledge graphs is really interesting. It been updated every time there is a new learning makes the journey more practical. Congrats on achieving the Product of the Day badge!!

The visual hints on the actual screen sound really useful. Are they adaptive and do they appear when someone gets stuck? I’d love to hear more about this.

Learning by doing is actually the best way to learn instead of just watching tutorials. I love it that Scholé is making learning more interactive and hands-on.

Most courses sit in a tab until you forget they exist haha. Learning in the middle of the actual work sounds way more likely to get used. Nice work guys! @vinitra @paola_mejia @abhinand_shibu

The "getting something done and learning how to do it are not the same thing" line is exactly the right framing. Most AI tools solve the first problem and call it learning.

What I am curious about is the knowledge graph side. When I complete a task in Learn Anywhere mode, how does Scholé decide what that tells it about what I still need to learn? Is the mapping manual or does the AI infer it from how I completed the task?

The knowledge graph concept took me by surprise. Learning applications rarely remember anything I already know. Surprised to see how quick it adjusts after some lessons.

There are tutorials on my bookmark list that I never completed. With Learn Anywhere, however, it's me who is doing the building instead of being the viewer.

Previously, I have found myself leaving educational sites due to lack of engagement because it didn’t feel like anything I was doing mattered. What Scholé is offering by saying that anything you create is counted towards lesson progress is just the opposite. It matters if the knowledge graph is an actual reflection of my skills.

I tried the GitHub Pages walk-through since it is one of those things that I have always wanted to do but never have. The hints only came when I was at a loss on what to do next and not from the beginning of the exercise. I wonder how the difficulty level varies with ease or struggle.

This resonates with the founder’s point of view. I use artificial intelligence for my work frequently and it is amazing when it comes to generating output but what I have realised is that nothing sticks out of it in my head unless I manually do it myself. Scholé in this case strikes the perfect balance between the two.

What made me buy the extension was the response regarding how tracking mastery and misconceptions will help determine where exactly the person gets stuck. It seems like many extensions only focus on checking whether the task is done but do not check whether it was understood.

When you do not have that tool on your predefined list, how difficult is it to train Learn Anywhere to recognise another new application? There are two other applications that are used within my organisation and I would like to use them to learn using this application.

I've spent hours looking at 10 different YouTube tutorial videos about using tools that I'm still having trouble with. This is the first sales pitch I've ever seen that actually identifies that problem rather than promising "faster learning." Time to put it to work on something I can't figure out.

It's always a bit concerning to use extensions for browsers which "see your screen" when working in the office. It would be really nice to see how much data is stored on their servers and how much remains only on our computer.

I did try the Claude agent scenario today morning. The hints displayed on the screen were not like a tutorial; rather, they were like being guided from time to time when I was stuck somewhere.

Not being forced to sit through another hour long tutorial also speaks to me. In fact, I have a lot of unfinished Udemy tutorials to testify to that. However, if Scholé can convert all of those into an actual activity as I learn them, that would be an actual change in behavior.

Played around with the GitHub Pages scenario link, mostly out of curiosity. The thing I liked about it was the fact that not only did it guide me on which links to click, but it also questioned my reasoning for doing so. It's the part that most "learn by doing" programs forget.
