Churn b/c of insufficient funds / other random reasons is definitely makes up a big portion of lost revenue for me. Love how its so simple to get started!

Nice idea, and congrats on the launch, 2 small questions: from where did u get the data like 1in5 cancellation saved on average and don't add false data on ur website like x spots left (if u dont have any customers, mentioned by u only in the first comment). I would suggest to add only real data on ur website this will bring trust among users. Its ok to start with 0 users everyone has to go that route. (In my case I have added 10 early bird slots for the first 10 users) this is just feedback so please take it positively.
