I’m part of two sailing clubs, and Rovva started from a very real frustration: trying to manage club duties and rotas through clunky, outdated software.
A lot of clubs still rely on tools that feel difficult to use, spreadsheets that get messy, or endless WhatsApp messages when someone needs cover. It creates extra admin for volunteers who are already giving up their time to keep clubs running.
So I built Rovva.
A simpler, more modern way for clubs and volunteer-led organisations to manage rotas, availability, duties, cover requests, and reminders in one place.
The goal is to make rota admin less painful for organisers and much clearer for members.

How does the cover request work in practice, like does it ping everyone in the group at once or can members opt into specific slots theyd be willing to cover?
Finally something built for actual volunteer-run clubs. Tried it with our local football committee and the cover request feature alone saved us hours of chasing people on WhatsApp.
