How does the driver app handle mid-route changes if a customer cancels or adds a last-minute order?
Handed it a messy batch of stops and it spat back a clean route in seconds, driver view was snappy too. Wish I'd found this before last holiday season.
The live customer tracking links being shareable straight from the route view is such a thoughtful touch.
A driver app with built-in turn-by-turn voice directions would save a lot of headaches, especially for new hires who don't know the streets yet. Would also help if it showed the customer's preferred drop-off instructions right on the stop screen instead of buried in the order details.
A driver app with a one-tap "issue" button would help a lot right from the field, like a flat tire or no answer at the door, and it should auto reroute that stop to another driver without anyone having to call dispatch.
The live tracking links for customers are such a thoughtful touch, keeps everyone in the loop without flooding drivers with calls. Nice execution on a genuinely messy problem.
