Rocket Landing: Moon Lander
A moon lander game with six worlds and a daily mission
Rocket Landing: Moon Lander is an arcade rocket-landing game. Keep a falling rocket over the pad and touch down before the fuel runs out. Fly 59 missions across six worlds: Earth, the Moon, Mars, Titan, Europa and a tower-catch world, each with its own gravity, drag and wind. A new daily mission is the same for every pilot on that date, and online you can race a ghost of another pilot's run. After a crash, read your apology letter to Elon. Free with ads; one optional purchase removes them.
Hi Product Hunt, Emon from Teamz Lab here.
Rocket Landing: Moon Lander began in 2024 as a SpaceX-inspired booster-landing game and has grown into a moon lander game. The core job never changes: get a falling rocket onto the pad before the fuel runs out.
One thing up front: you begin on Earth at Boca Chica, and the Moon (Shackleton) opens at rank Pilot, after the 13 Earth missions. Then come Mars, Titan, Europa and Stage Zero, a tower-catch world. 59 missions in all.
What's in it:
- Each world changes gravity, drag and wind. The Moon has no air, and some worlds add engine flame-outs
- A bonus goal on every mission (precision, fuel reserve, speed, no crashes, chain or in-flight decisions) that pays credits
- A daily mission, the same for every pilot on that date. Online you also get your percentile for the day and a ghost of another pilot's run to chase
- Five ranks from Cadet to Legend, with a commander who briefs you
- After a crash, a short apology letter to Elon that you can share
- Tilt the phone or tap Left and Right to steer
What it deliberately isn't: a flight simulator. The numbers are tuned per world to make a good game, not copied from real spacecraft. It is also an independent game, not affiliated with SpaceX.
Free with ads, plus optional rewarded ads. One optional purchase, the Captain's Bundle, removes ads and unlocks the premium rockets and trails.
Question for you: if you grew up on the arcade Lunar Lander, what should a phone version keep, and what should it throw away?
