What inspired you to build this & What problem were you trying to solve?
Most creator platforms and modern web apps are cluttered with generic AI wrappers, flashy neon distractions, and bloated interfaces. I wanted to build RiseUp to solve this exact noise problem. Inspired by the need for a focused, high-density creator ecosystem, I set out to create a unified command center where serious builders and creators can manage everything—from live-streaming and content uploading to tracking discipline metrics and selling digital products—without the fluff.
How did your approach or process evolve while working on this launch?
The journey shifted rapidly from conceptualizing basic UI layouts to building a full-fledged, data-dense production environment using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Clerk. Initially, the focus was purely on establishing the industrial, matte-black "handcrafted" aesthetic. As development progressed, the approach evolved into integrating functional, high-precision modules like the Go Live OBS-style studio, real-time leaderboards, and a gamified Product Shop featuring dual fiat and Focus Points (FP) pricing, making it a complete, live-deployed ecosystem.
