I've run more sprint retros than I can count, and the pattern was always the same: good conversation, some sticky notes, everyone nods, and then... nothing happens. Three sprints later the same blocker shows up again and nobody remembers we'd already "solved" it once.
That's the whole reason RetroScale exists. It's not trying to be a prettier sticky-note board — plenty of tools already do that well. What it does differently is remember. It looks across your sprint history, tells you when the same issue is recurring, tracks whether your velocity is actually improving or you're just busy, and keeps action items alive until someone closes them instead of letting them die in a doc.
