ReplyKit
Support replies in 3 seconds. One file, no subscription.
ReplyKit is a full customer-support toolkit that lives in a single HTML file — no install, no account, no subscription, works offline. Unlike SaaS help desks, your data stays 100% on your machine. Organize unlimited reply templates by category, auto-fill variables like [customer_name] and [order_number], bulk-import replies from Excel, and keep notes, favorites, alarms, and auto-backup in one place. 10 ready-to-use templates included. One-time $9.
Hey Hunters 👋 I'm the maker of ReplyKit.
As an e-commerce seller I got tired of two things: retyping the same "where's my order?" reply every day, and paying a monthly SaaS bill just to store canned responses. So I built ReplyKit — a customer support toolkit that lives in a single HTML file.
- Open it in Chrome/Edge — no install, no account, works offline
- Unlimited templates organized by category (10 ready to use)
- Variable auto-fill: [customer_name], [order_number] → personalized in one click
- Bulk-import your existing replies from an .xlsx
- Notes, favorites, alarms/timers, and scheduled auto-backup built in
It's a one-time $9 — no subscription, ever. Your data stays 100% on your own machine (export a backup file anytime).
I'd love your honest feedback — what would make this a daily driver for your support workflow? Happy to answer anything today 🙌
Love that everything lives in a single HTML file with zero setup, feels like the kind of thoughtful offline-first thinking you almost never see anymore.
Love that it's just a single HTML file I can keep on a thumb drive. The Excel import for bulk templates saved me an entire afternoon of copy-pasting, genuinely useful.
How does the bulk-import from Excel actually parse things — does it read column headers as variable names or do I have to map them manually each time?
How does the auto-fill for variables actually pull in the customer_name or order_number if everything runs offline with no connection to my help desk or CRM?
Single HTML file is such a clever move, especially for something handling customer data. Loaded it on my laptop and the variable auto-fill plus Excel import actually saved me a real chunk of time on a batch of replies this morning.
Curious how the auto-fill variables actually work in practice - do I have to manually type out each placeholder every time or is there some way to parse them from a ticket?
Love that everything stays local and there's no subscription nonsense, this looks perfect for my solo support workflow. One thing that would be a lifesaver though — letting me bind a global hotkey to pop the search bar up from anywhere on my desktop so I can paste a reply without alt-tabbing to my browser tab first.
