Renthuzz
Rent collection that runs itself, for PH landlords
Renthuzz replaces Excel sheets, GCash screenshot folders, and paper receipts for small Philippine landlords. Bills for rent, utilities, and late fees are generated automatically each month. Tenants pay via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer, upload proof, and landlords approve with one tap to send a receipt instantly. Maintenance requests are organized on a Kanban board. No app needed, works in any browser, and is free forever for up to 5 units.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 Solo founder here.
I built Renthuzz after seeing how many small landlords in the Philippines are still running 5–15 units off a spreadsheet and a folder of GCash screenshots. It's not a "bad tool" problem — Excel is fine — it's that nothing here was ever built to remind you of due dates, store proof of payment, or issue a receipt.
Renthuzz is free for your first 5 units, no credit card, and I'm personally onboarding the first landlords who try it. Would genuinely love your feedback, especially if you've ever managed a rental property (anywhere, not just PH) — what did your workflow look like?
