Hey Product Hunt, I’m building Remitae. I made it for freelancers and small service businesses that are still chasing unpaid invoices by hand. The problem was simple. Invoices get sent, then follow-ups depend on memory, spreadsheets, or someone finding time to send another awkward email. A lot of invoices do not go unpaid because the client is hostile. They go unpaid because the follow-up process is inconsistent. Remitae gives each invoice a clear follow-up path. You set the schedule once, reminders go out automatically when invoices are due or overdue, and you can see what is paid, pending, overdue, or still needs attention. Current setup: * import invoices from Xero or add them manually * choose when reminders go out * stop reminders when an invoice is marked paid * track payment status in one place I wanted something practical, calm, and lightweight, not a full accounting system. Happy to answer anything, especially around reminder timing, freelancer workflows, or where this still feels weak.
