Reliastra monitors your application and third-party dependencies, correlates failures across systems, and produces evidence showing whether an outage was caused by your infrastructure or a vendor like Stripe, Cloudflare, Auth0, or AWS.
I built Reliastra around a question that kept bothering me during production incidents:
When your application breaks, how do you know whether you caused it or one of your dependencies did?
A failed checkout could look like an application problem when Stripe is degraded. An authentication failure could look like your backend when Auth0 is having problems. A healthy-looking application can still be unusable because something outside your infrastructure is failing.
Reliastra continuously measures both your systems and the dependencies they rely on, then correlates the evidence when an incident occurs.
The important design decision for me is that the evidence layer is deterministic. I don't want an LLM guessing the root cause of a production incident. The system should first establish the measurable facts, then AI can help explain them.
I'm launching early because I want to stress-test the attribution model with people who have actually dealt with dependency failures in production.
I'd especially like to know:
What evidence would you trust before saying "this outage was caused by our vendor"?
