I built RefractiveTrade after seeing how import export actually works behind the scenes. Most deals still happen through WhatsApp groups, brokers, and scattered networks. It works, but it’s slow, unstructured, and hard to trust.
The idea was simple. What if you could just post a requirement and instantly connect with the right exporter, supplier, or logistics provider?
While building this, one thing became clear. The problem is not lack of demand or supply. It’s the friction in connecting the right people at the right time.
RefractiveTrade is our attempt to fix that.
This is an early beta, so feedback from anyone in import export, sourcing, or logistics would be extremely valuable.
