I built this after watching compliance analysts open four government portals in three alphabets to answer one question. Georgia, Armenia and Moldova publish their company registers, and all three are close to unusable: card-by-card pages, no APIs, a captcha in front of Georgian ownership data.
The rules I would not break: official sources only, no captcha bypass, no personal ID numbers republished, and a register that cannot be read returns an explicit "unavailable" instead of an empty result. Every record carries its source URL, retrieval time and a hash, so a compliance file or an article can re-verify it later.
