Practice React with real react coding challenges — hooks, performance, and interview-level problems, all checked by real test cases. Start react practice for free.
I'm Astik, a solo full-stack developer, and I built ReactGrind after noticing a weird gap every time I prepped for or gave frontend interviews: LeetCode will grill you on binary trees and DP, but has almost nothing to say about the thing you're actually asked to build in a real React interview — a debounced search box, a modal that traps focus correctly, a component that doesn't quietly re-render itself into a performance problem.
So I built a practice platform specifically for that gap:
🧪 Real test cases, not answer keys — every challenge mounts your component and actually tests it (clicks, typing, re-renders, unmounts), the same way a real PR gets reviewed. You know if your code works, not just if it looks similar to a sample solution.
🎯 50+ problems across hooks, custom hooks, performance, context patterns, forms, and a FAANG-style interview set — beginner to advanced.
💬 100+ interview questions with plain-English explanations and code examples, not one-liners.
⚡ A free online React compiler — no signup, write and run React instantly.
I'm a solo dev, so this is genuinely early — I'm actively adding problems and content every week, and honestly building in public as I go. If something feels broken, missing, or like it should exist but doesn't — please tell me. That feedback is the most valuable thing I can get out of today.
Would love to hear what you think!
Adding a "code review" mode where the platform shows you a working but intentionally suboptimal solution and asks you to identify and fix the issues would be super helpful. Most real interviews test refactoring skills, not just writing from scratch, and this would round out the practice really well.
