Rapidcam.app started as a quick way to use the CNC and laser without firing up a full 3d CAD package. You can very rapidly design and manufacture. The program has grown into a proper 2.5D (2D with depth) program with variables (parametric)
The .rcam file format is open source. It is designed for version control with visuall diff and merge.
With the open file format and guides, LLM can easily create .rcam files. Rapidcam.app will then validate and run a full solver on the file.
