Our take: the knowledge should be indexed once, then every salesperson (and every reply)
works from the same source. So QuoteNexa lets you upload manuals/catalogs, answers with
citations to the exact source chunk, and turns RFQs into quotes from your own matched
products.
We deliberately kept it small: no ERP workflows, no install, free to start.
If you sell physical products: try uploading your most-used spec sheet and ask it a
question your customers ask weekly — we'd love to know if the answers hold up. If you
