sub-10mb for windows with native formats like webp and jpeg xl, that's genuinely impressive. the startup is instant compared to my usual viewer

Honestly impressed how fast it opens even huge JXLs, and the portable setup is a nice touch for keeping my system registry clean.

As someone who lives in image folders for work, a folder preview pane with thumbnail caching would be amazing. Right now I jump back to Explorer to scan through files, which kind of breaks the flow. A simple side panel showing neighboring images in the same directory, maybe with arrow key navigation, would make this my go-to viewer instead of just my backup tool.

sub-10 mb portable is genuinely impressive for native c++ these days, most viewers ship with a whole runtime stuffed in. love that it just works without an installer too
