I’m Andrew, a co-founder and Head of Product at Quest. Quest AI came from my passion to simplify design-to-dev workflows. As a developer, I understand the frustrations of manual conversion. Quest AI has been growing strong since launch and we’re just getting started as we double down on AI in the product development workflow.
Today we’re releasing some of our biggest features ever since we launched. With our AI models, we’re able to accurately produce responsive ReactJS components from any wireframe or Figma design. In addition, we’ve added an AI chat prompt to be able to get started writing code by simply typing in natural language.
Some big updates out today include:
✅ Import Wireframes and Prototypes - Upload screenshots of FigJam, Miro or hand drawn sketches.
✅ GPT Chat Prompt - Connect to databases, tweak features & CSS and write business logic.
✅ Code & Preview Mode - Immediately see all the code that is generated without downloading or pushing to GitHub. Edit the code directly in your browser with our VSCode based editor.
✅ Templates - Quickly get started with a responsive component template you can modify in our code editor or with our GPT prompt.
All this is built on our already feature rich Quest platform that supports Figma variants as states, state animations, breakpoints and native support for design systems such as MUI and Chakra UI. (Contact us if you need a custom design system setup).
Our goal is to generate away the frustrating and tedious tasks of development so you can focus on what matters. We also strive to be the cleanest, extendible code generated in JS and TS. Importing sketches or wireframes from FigJam or Miro? Easy. The GPT Chat Prompt is my favorite - connecting to databases and adjusting CSS is a breeze. I love that I can peek at and edit my code straight from the browser, no more back-and-forths with GitHub!

Do you guys have plans to fully automate back end as well? I know that's much harder, but it might help product managers crank out POCs for validation so fast.
