I am a developer and I make various apps but I have a much files and very projects and were not very time so I cannot view all project analytics in one time so I created one apps for my all apps
Have you thought about adding a quick search bar at the top so you can jump straight to an app by typing a few letters? Scrolling through a huge library gets old fast, and a fuzzy search with recent apps pinned would make daily use way smoother.
