I built Pulse to make the health information already on our Apple devices easier to see and use every day.
My favorite detail is the Watch complication: heart rate, blood oxygen and steps together in one corner of the watch face. On iPhone, Pulse brings together movement, calories, sleep and weekly recaps.
For a little company along the way, Ember, Sprout and Orbit grow with your movement journey. They are optional: you can hide them and keep all your progress.
Pulse is available now on the App Store in six languages. It has no account or ads, and health data stays on your devices.
