Love the idea of practitioners being in control here. The compensation choices, especially the donation option, feel like a thoughtful way to keep things ethical instead of just another lead gen tool.
How exactly do you vet the startups before they hit the marketplace, and who gets to decide which ones make the cut?
One thing that would make this more useful for me is a verified "topic tags" system so I can filter the startups by exactly what problem space they tackle, like IAM or cloud detection. Right now it looks like I'd have to read through each listing to figure out if they're relevant to my stack, which gets old fast when there's a queue of vendors waiting.
Finally a security vendor marketplace where the practitioner actually gets a say. Love that you can pick training credits or charity donations instead of being spammed with sales pitches you never asked for.
