This started from something we've all lived through: you walk into a clinic, bank, or service centre, pull a paper token from a clunky machine, and then just… wait. No idea if your turn is 5 minutes or 50 away. The businesses don't love it either — the machine breaks, there's zero data, and the front desk spends all day answering "how much longer?"
So we built Promptier to retire the token machine for good:
