We wanted to build something that actually grows with you. What if your NFT remembered the protocols you used together, the time you invested, the on-chain moments you shared? What if that history became the asset itself?
That's Project Lobster. Each Lobster has an on-chain memory system. It evolves based on your real interactions: DeFi activity, holding duration, on-chain events. No two Lobsters will ever be the same because no two holders live the same on-chain life.
The approach shifted a lot during the build. We started with dynamic NFTs, then realized the real unlock was pairing dNFT tech with AI traits so the evolution feels alive, not scripted. We picked Tempo because frequent interactions need to be seamless and cheap or the whole loop breaks.
We're also building a marketplace where buyers can read a Lobster's full history: memory depth, skill tree, past experiences. Because time and dedication should equal value.
