Hi, I'm Karina, former Notion blogger turned Project app founder.
I’ve been a fan of the PARA method for a long time.
The idea always made sense to me: your life is not just a list of tasks but a SYSTEM. It has areas, projects, notes, plans, and ongoing contexts that need to stay connected.
But I never found a planner that felt truly built around PARA.
I tried using Notion for it, and aesthetically I loved the idea: beautiful pages, structure, icons, a personal workspace. But over time it started feeling too heavy for everyday planning, especially on mobile. I wanted something that felt as structured as PARA, as beautiful as a Notion, but MUUUUCH faster and lightweight.
So I built my own app around this structure:
Areas → Projects → Tasks → Notes
Nothing floats in a random to-do list.
Everything is connected easily. Instantly.
I added daily, weekly, and monthly views, a backlog for tasks without dates, recurring tasks, task templates, reminders, and colored dates on the calendar.
Everything is stored locally on the device, so I can create tasks, edit notes, plan my week, complete things, and open my planner without internet. When I’m online again, it syncs across devices.
I’ve been using this as my main planner, and it finally feels like the PARA method turned into an actual daily planner, not just a folder structure or random use case.
