I built PrismClip around a simple frustration: long recordings contain great moments, but finding the right passage and turning it into a polished short clip takes too much manual scrubbing and editing.
With PrismClip, you upload an interview, podcast, webinar, performance, or call—or import from YouTube or Google Drive—then describe the answer, story, visual moment, argument, or exchange you’re looking for. PrismClip uses ai to finds the dialogue or visual action, lets you review the selected clips, and renders clips with optional tracked framing, resized for social, and with very high quality dynamic captions.
The free plan includes 60 source minutes each month and unlimited rendered clips, with no card required.
I’d especially love feedback on moment quality, caption style, tracking accuracy, and the overall workflow. What kind of long-form content would you clip first?
The "describe the moment" idea is really cool, but it would save a lot of time if PrismClip could also auto-suggest a few highlight options upfront so I have a starting point to pick from rather than typing from scratch. A "surprise me" button with three short clip candidates based on the recording would make it way easier to jump in.
