Print shops still run a lot of business through email, phone calls, and spreadsheets — manual quotes, manually typed order specs, nothing tying it together. That's the gap PrintDeed fills.
We built a Web-to-Print platform with workflow automation, B2B eCommerce, and print management, made specifically for printers not a generic eCommerce template with "print" bolted on.
In practice: less manual order entry, automated production workflow, and a storefront customers can use to order and reorder without picking up the phone.

Have you considered adding a customer-facing reorder portal where clients can pull up past jobs and reorder with one click, but with the option to tweak specs like paper stock or quantity before submitting. Print buyers repeat orders constantly, and making that frictionless could really cut down on your customers front desk calls.
Finally something built just for print shops and not a generic storefront bolted onto templates. The variable pricing logic looks like it actually understands job specs and reorders, which is usually where these tools fall apart.
The reorder flow is genuinely nice, way less back-and-forth than what I'm used to. Curious how the variable pricing handles complex finishing options though.

A live inventory sync with common paper suppliers like Sappi or Domtar would save so much back-and-forth. Right now my team still checks stock levels manually before confirming jobs, and that delay adds up across the week.
A real-time job tracking dashboard that lets clients see exactly where their order sits in production would be a game changer. Most print shops I've worked with rely on emails or phone calls for status updates, and that eats up staff time. Even something simple like a public link the customer can refresh would cut down on the back and forth and make the whole process feel more professional.
