I built PriceLens — a Visual Price Finder — because I was tired of the
same routine: see something I like in a store, then spend 10 minutes
manually searching for it online to check if I'm overpaying.
PriceLens cuts that down to one photo. Point your camera at any product —
no barcode, no typing — and it identifies what it is, then pulls real
prices from stores online and shows them cheapest-first. The idea is
simple: shop smarter, starting from a photo instead of a search bar.
A few things I focused on:
- Works on almost anything — electronics, fashion, watches, groceries,
not just barcoded items
- Real store prices, not estimates — pulled live at search time
- No ads, no subscriptions — pay per search ($2 for 10 searches to start)
It's live on Google Play now (iOS coming soon). Would love to hear what
