I built Portfoto because I kept seeing photographers and small business owners using their iPads to show work to clients — but the built-in Photos app is not designed for selling. Toolbars are visible, there's no pricing, no way to capture leads, and external displays just mirror a cluttered screen.
Portfoto solves this: one tap to go fullscreen, one tap to show pricing, one tap to switch to your payment QR code. Triple-tap hides everything — clients see only your work.

The auto-revert on the dual QR codes is such a thoughtful touch, keeps the flow effortless for clients who just want to scan and move on. Clean execution all around.
The transitions feel really smooth and the auto-reverting QR trick is a smart way to keep things flowing during a client meeting. Going fullscreen the second you plug in HDMI is such a small detail but it makes the whole experience feel intentional.
Love how clean the client experience is. One thing that would really help — adding a way to set a custom auto-advance timer per album so the slideshow keeps moving during slow traffic moments. Would be great for trade shows where I'm juggling multiple conversations.
