I built PocketBaseCloud because I wanted to remove one of the biggest reasons people stop shipping ideas: infrastructure cost and complexity.
AI makes it possible to build more apps than ever, but most ideas are experiments first. They may take months to get users or revenue. I wanted a platform where I could keep building, launching, and learning without worrying about paying for separate infrastructure every time.
PocketBaseCloud has a free plan, a $5 Starter plan with 1 PocketBase instance and 4 frontend sites, and larger plans where you can deploy many apps on the same server.
It started with one-click PocketBase deployment, then expanded to frontend and backend hosting. I also built the CLI to be AI-agent friendly, so tools like Claude Code and Codex can deploy apps directly.
The motivation is simple: make it easier and cheaper to turn more ideas into real products.
