I'm Kareem, founder of Playgeko.
This started from a personal frustration: to find one available court, I had to call multiple clubs just to check what was open. So we built a booking app to fix that.
But once it was live, we saw the real problem: clubs were still running on spreadsheets and WhatsApp, and letting courts sit empty during off-peak hours. Independent data backs this up too, the median sports facility fills only around 19% of its prime-time hours, and the best-run venues earn roughly 5x the revenue per court of the worst-run ones on the same footprint.
So we built Playgeko into full club management software: a CRM that flags coaching package renewals, upsells memberships, preference-based pre-booking to fill idle slots, dynamic pricing, owned matchmaking, a built-in POS, and a whitelabel app for clubs that want their own branded booking experience.
