Hey everyone! I’m Polina, I built Plated 👋
I built this after noticing how Chefs don’t really follow one final recipe. Dishes evolve constantly, but most tools overwrite that process instead of tracking it.
So I built Plated to capture every version of a dish, not just the final one.
This is the first version and I’m working closely with chefs to shape what it becomes.
