We built Pilot because paid media teams kept hitting the same wall: the tools that manage their campaigns don't belong to them.
Most platforms lock advertisers into a black box. You either trust an agency to run everything, or you piece together spreadsheets and native dashboards yourself. Neither gives you real control.
Pilot connects to ~35 ad platforms and lets you see, validate, and execute actions across all of them from one place -up to 183 actions per platform, with human validation required before anything goes live. Nothing runs silently in the background. You stay the one making the call, faster than doing it manually, without giving up oversight.
The approach evolved a lot during development. We started by asking media buyers what they wished they could stop doing manually, not what we thought looked impressive in a demo. That's what pushed us toward validation-first execution rather than full automation: speed matters, but not at the cost of control.
