I'm Shivam, the solo developer behind PICHIVE.
The idea came from a simple frustration.
After weddings, college festivals, birthdays, and other events, organizers usually share hundreds or thousands of photos in a Google Drive folder.
Finding your own photos can take forever.
I wanted to make that process effortless.
PICHIVE lets organizers upload photos (or import them from Google Drive), and guests simply upload one selfie to instantly find the photos they're in.
Building it taught me a lot about concurrency, background workers, cloud storage, AI pipelines, and production deployments. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding project.
