Glad to be back with a juicy addition to Petcube's portfolio. Hardware is the hardest, yet the most exciting thing. 11 years to this day we can't-stop-won't-stop building for pet parents.
The Petcube Cam took the world by storm, breaking all the sales records, snatching that Bestseller badge on Amazon. It was a winning combo really: good design (Red Dot good) + affordable price. And we decided to build further on that success. We went back to the community and asked how we can improve the pet camera experience. Petcubers were abundantly clear with their feedback, so here goes.
Please meet Petcube Cam 360. Our users really wanted that 360 part, and we delivered. All-around view with pan-tilt rotation, wide angle lens, plus a shut-eye feature to physically block the camera when you need that extra home privacy. Surely, with all the good stuff like 2-way audio, night vision, intelligent AI powered alerts, and much more.
You probably know by now, we are not shying away from our Ukrainian origin. Heck, we double down on it. Cam 360 design is heavily inspired by the father of modern abstract art — Kazymyr Malevych, a Ukrainian painter. His painting in reference Black Circle turns 100 this year.
