I’m Andy, the maker of PasteNote.
I built PasteNote because clipboard tools usually give us two choices: leave something buried in history, or save it permanently.
But much of what we copy belongs somewhere in between.
A command, address, reply, or code snippet may be useful several times during the current task, without deserving a permanent place in our notes. That’s why I created Handy—a small side panel for temporary text cards.
You can move something from clipboard history into Handy, reuse it without searching, and clear it when the task is finished. If it becomes genuinely useful, you can save it as a Note.
PasteNote also includes:
