We built Paradigm as an interactive simulation of what it feels like to lead a software company through the AI transition.
Rather than treating the topic as a simple success/failure story, we wanted to build something around tradeoffs: product direction, hiring, customer pressure, internal culture, and long-term strategy under uncertainty.
It’s playable in the browser, and we’d especially love feedback on whether the decisions feel believable and whether the overall experience works as a simulation rather than just a branching story.
